For all banquets in December:
Once we issue the quote and
it is accepted by you, the number of guests on the quote will be locked in as a minumum and that amount will be due at the
close of your party, even if less guests are present. You may, though, increase the amount of guests as needed.
We will also require a $500 deposit, which is non refundable.
