Deposits
Within one week of booking an event, a deposit will be required.
The amount of the deposit is determined by the needs of your specific event. No reservation will be held for more
than 24 hours without a deposit. Your deposit will be deducted from your final bill.
Cancellation
If you need to cancel your reservation, you must do so at least thirty days prior to the event. If notification
is received after the thirty-day cut off date, you will not get your deposit back.
Guarantees
We must have a final guest count 72 hours prior to the event. At this time your final count will be considered
a guaranteed number of guests and cannot be reduced. You may give your guaranteed number via fax (772-283-1915)
or telephone. If you phone in your final count it must be to one of the banquet managers. Finz Waterfront Grille
is not responsible for errors in final counts received via telephone.
Room Fee
A
room charge may apply when considering factors such as time of the year or day of the week. A banquet manager may waive
a room fee during "off season".
Pricing
All prices are subject
to change due to market conditions. A 20% gratuity as well as 6.5% sales tax will apply to all food and beverage items.
Groups requesting tax- exempt status must submit their tax exemption form thirty days prior to the event.
Buffets
There is a 25 person minimum for all buffets. You may add more guests as needed,
but will be charged for 25 guests even if the final count is below the minimum.
Limitations
House
policy, insurance regulations and state law prohibit any group or individual from bringing liquor onto the premises.
Finz Waterfront Grille reserves the right to refuse service to any persons deemed to have had enough to drink. Guests
under the age of 21 years will not be served alcohol.
Client Dessert
Clients
may provide their own dessert. Finz Waterfront Grille assumes no responsibility for the condition or quality of desserts
provided by clients.
Smoking Policy
All dining rooms at Finz Waterfront
Grille are non-smoking. Smoking is allowed outside only.
Payment
Payment
in full is required at the conclusion of your event. Finz Waterfront Grille accepts American Express, Discover, MasterCard
and Visa. We also accept cash. Personal checks will be considered on a one by one basis and only for deposits.
Business checks are accepted. All advance deposits will be deducted from your final bill at the end of your event.
Entertainment
Clients may book their own entertainment. Finz Waterfront Grille reserves
the right to adjust the volume to meet the needs of the customers and the neighboring community.
Service
Fee
All events booked at Finz Waterfront Grille are subject to a service fee to be determined by each party's
size and requirements. We reserve the right to use and distribute this fee at our discretion.
Function
Rooms
Each function room has a minimum and maximum number of guests allowed. If your party does not meet
a minimum for the room that you have requested, a room rental charge will be required. Each party is looked at on an
individual basis and room rental charges may be waived at the discretion of a banquet manager. Each room may be reserved
for up to 4 hours. If you wish to extend your reservation beyond the 4-hour time frame, you will be billed $100 for
each additional hour that you occupy the room. All rooms must be vacated 1 hour prior to restaurant closing.
Decorations
Clients may bring or rent their own decorations with the following exceptions;
No confetti/table sprinkles are allowed and nothing is to be hung from the walls. Violaton of this policy will result
in a cleaning/maintenance fee to be determined by a manager.
Luncheon Groups
Luncheon groups
of 30 people or less are always welcome to make a reservation and order from our standard lunch menu. We are happy to
provide separate checks with a 20% gratuity.
Upon Booking
When booking
your event a banquet manager will request as much information about the event as possible. We will need to know what
the event is, an approximate number of guests, time of arrival, time to serve food, as well as if the event is a surprise
and any bar/beverage requirements you may need. You will need to provide us with your contact information as well.
Your menu selections will be needed 10 days in advance. At this time a banquet manager will review and finalize the
details of your event.
